The attorneys are admitted to appear and represent clients before all German courts, with the exception of the Federal Court of Justice in civil matters, which requires a special BGH admission.
Attorneys are required to maintain professional liability insurance. The attorneys of our firm are insured against professional liability claims with ERGO Versicherung AG, Victoriaplatz 1, 40477 Düsseldorf, Germany. Please note that no direct claim against the liability insurer exists.

For financial disputes arising out of the client relationship, the Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft (Attorneys' Conciliation Board), Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin (www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de) is competent.
