about us
gross::rechtsanwaelte grew out of the partnership Stierstorfer und Gross, founded in Frankfurt am Main in 1982, and has been based in Leipzig since 1993 under the leadership of attorney Roland Gross. We have extensive experience before labour courts and higher labour courts throughout Germany, as well as the Federal Labour Court (Bundesarbeitsgericht), numerous proceedings before the Federal Constitutional Court, and cases before the European Court of Justice.
Our focus is individual and collective labour law, but we also represent clients in other areas of law. Authors of legal publications on, among others, the Labour Court Act (ArbGG) and the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
