People with experience, commitment, and the resolve to enforce your rights.
Roland Gross is the founder and owner of gross::rechtsanwaelte. Admitted to the bar in Leipzig since 1993, he is among the most experienced labour law practitioners in Germany. A Certified Specialist for Labour Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) since 1989, he has more than 35 years of forensic practice at every level of labour law jurisdiction – from the local labour courts to the European Court of Justice.
His focus lies in individual and collective labour law. He advises and represents employers, employees, works councils and unions at the highest legal level. Particular emphasis is placed on strategic litigation and on out-of-court dispute resolution through mediation.
Roland Gross has been a member of the Labour Law Committee of the German Bar Association (DAV) since 2001 and was most recently reappointed for a sixth term (until 31 December 2026). He is also a mediator and speaker at professional labour law events.
Dr. Wolfgang Teske is an attorney and has worked as a consulting attorney with gross::rechtsanwaelte since 2017. He brings an exceptional wealth of experience: as an academic, administrative expert and long-serving executive of one of the largest welfare organisations in Germany.
After studying law (single-phase training) in Lower Saxony, he obtained his doctorate in 1989 from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. His academic work as a research assistant was followed by a long career in public administration and at the Diakonie – first as Director of Economic and Financial Affairs, later as Vice President of Diakonie Mitteldeutschland.
Dr. Teske advises with particular focus on collective labour law, social security law and budgetary law. His interdisciplinary background gives him a unique perspective on the legal challenges facing modern organisations.
Alexander Frei supports gross::rechtsanwaelte as a research associate and trainee lawyer (Rechtsreferendar). He is involved in day-to-day casework, from legal research to trial preparation.
His focus is the in-depth examination of labour law issues, as well as the digital transformation and structuring of firm processes – in particular in the areas of AI and legal tech.
Tanja Gross, a Certified Law Firm Administrator (Rechtsfachwirtin), is the organisational heart of the firm. She coordinates day-to-day operations, welcomes clients at first contact and ensures seamless administrative workflows.
As the first point of contact for organisational and administrative matters, she assists clients with competence and warmth.
